    Black or white PLA+, printed in Kraków. Your order leaves within 2 working days.

    When will my stand arrive?

    We ship every order within 2 working days of payment. After that, Poland usually takes 1–2 working days and other EU countries 2–7, depending on the country and carrier. You get a tracking number by e-mail.

    Will my Clippers fit?

    The slots are designed and tested on the classic Clipper® CP11 (large size). Other sizes, such as Mini, have not been tested.

    How does the custom engraving work?

    Only on the Stepped Block 15. By default the front says KLIPRACK; for +10 zł / +3 € you can put your own text there instead: up to 14 characters, A–Z, 0–9, space and hyphen. Custom-engraved stands can't be returned.

    How many can I order?

    Up to 3 of the same version (model + colour + engraving) and 5 stands per order — e.g. 3 black and 2 white Stepped Blocks is fine. Running a shop and need more? Write to [email protected].

    When do I pay?

    In full when you place the order, via Stripe. There are no reservations without payment — your order is confirmed once the payment goes through.

    Can I cancel?

    Yes. Orders without engraving can be cancelled before they ship — e-mail [email protected] with the subject “CANCEL — order number” and you get a full refund within 14 days. After delivery, the statutory 14-day withdrawal right applies to standard products. Details: Edition 01 Terms.

    What if shipping is delayed?

    We'll tell you by e-mail with a new date. If the delay is longer than 14 days, you can cancel and get a full refund.

    What is it made of?

    PLA+, black or white, 3D-printed to order in Kraków, Poland.

    Kiedy dostanę stojak?

    Każde zamówienie nadajemy w ciągu 2 dni roboczych od płatności. Potem: w Polsce zwykle 1–2 dni robocze, w pozostałych krajach UE 2–7, zależnie od kraju i przewoźnika. Numer do śledzenia dostaniesz mailem.

    Czy moje Clippery będą pasować?

    Gniazda są projektowane i testowane na klasycznym Clipperze® CP11 (duży rozmiar). Inne rozmiary, np. Mini, nie były testowane.

    Jak działa własny grawer?

    Tylko w Stepped Block 15. Domyślnie z przodu jest napis KLIPRACK — za +10 zł / +3 € wpiszesz w to miejsce własny tekst: do 14 znaków, A–Z, 0–9, spacja i myślnik (bez polskich liter). Stojaków z własnym grawerem nie można zwrócić.

    Ile sztuk mogę zamówić?

    Do 3 sztuk tej samej wersji (model + kolor + grawer) i 5 stojaków w jednym zamówieniu — np. 3 czarne i 2 białe Stepped Block są OK. Prowadzisz sklep i potrzebujesz więcej? Napisz na [email protected].

    Kiedy płacę?

    W całości przy składaniu zamówienia, przez Stripe. Nie ma rezerwacji bez płatności — zamówienie jest potwierdzone, gdy płatność przejdzie.

    Czy mogę anulować zamówienie?

    Tak. Zamówienie bez graweru anulujesz, dopóki nie zostało nadane — wyślij maila na [email protected] z tematem „ANULUJ — numer zamówienia”, a pełny zwrot dostaniesz w ciągu 14 dni. Po doręczeniu dla produktów standardowych obowiązuje ustawowe 14-dniowe prawo odstąpienia. Szczegóły: Warunki Edycji 01.

    A jeśli wysyłka się opóźni?

    Damy znać mailem i podamy nowy termin. Jeśli opóźnienie przekroczy 14 dni, możesz anulować zamówienie i dostać pełny zwrot.
